To all Shape Up NYC Harlem Hospital Center Participants,
Great News!
We have taken your suggestions and we are moving our FREE Zumba classes, held 6pm-7pm on Friday evenings to the 3rd Floor Dayroom - 3101 in the same building (MLK) at 506 Lenox Avenue at 135th street.
Kickboxing classes will still be held as usual in the 2nd floor gallery space (directly in front of the auditorium entrance).
