Our partners from New York Presbyterian—Department of Pediatrics are looking for a program manager for their elementary school health program, Healthy Schools Healthy Families.

Healthy Schools Healthy Families is a school-based collaboration where health professionals partner with schools and community organizations to assess the needs of children and families and to mobilize resources to address those needs.  The program has been implemented at seven elementary schools in Northern Manhattan serving approximately 4500 children.
