Iris House seeks a Community Nutrition Educator (CNE). The Community Nutrition Educator (CNE) is responsible for the coordination and delivery of group and continual health education, reviews client assessments, referrals and program eligibility, tracks client progress in the program and ensures data collection, entry and outcome measurement.
