The Montefiore School Health Program-Community Health Division would like to spend some time learning more about our community partners and their efforts to improve the health of the NYC community and shadow them during program implementation. Montefiore’s School Health Program would like to have Community Health Organizers spend 4-12 hours throughout the summer volunteering at community partners' sites.

Ideally, the hosting will occur the week of July 5 – 8, but will be determined by the project and the program.
