Based in the traditions of Kadampa Buddhism, each class is structured to include a teaching, two meditations, a group discussion, and a questions and answers session. Each class is relatively inexpensive ($8) and is held on Mondays from 7:30-8:30pm.  *Check their website (link below) for the most up-to-date information!*

Where is this class located at? I've always wanted to try some more meditation and a fan of buddhism.
