East Harlem:
Hope Community
174 E. 104th Street, (between 3rd and Lexington)
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Washington Heights:
Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation
76 Wadsworth (between 176th and 177th Streets)
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Why Recycle CFL lightbulbs? These bulbs have mercury in them - which is a toxic metal. By recycling them you avoid letting more mercury into the air, which makes the environment a lot healthier for you and your family!
