Starting in August, the Department of Transportation will begin installation of traffic calming measures along Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Blvd from 134th Street to 153rd Street. These measures will include creating dedicated left turn lanes, left-turn signals at 135th and145th streets, extending center medians into the crosswalks, and lane realignment.
