Taijiquan (T’ai Chi)

Taijiquan is the harmonic expression of Oneness through Breathe & Movement. Initially developed as a form of Self-Defense, Taiji has evolved into one of the most practiced and sought after forms of holistic health exercises.

Come join us for class every Tuesday night from 6p-7:15p at Neighborhood Holistic- 115 W128th St. between Malcolm X (6th) & Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd (7th Ave.)

Indiviudal classes are $15 and classes of two or more at $10 each. Come join us Tuesday evening and experience:
