When: Wednesday July 15th, 2:00-4:00pm

Where:The Harlem Stage Gatehouse

150 Convent Avenue at 135th St
1 train to 137th Street at Broadway
or A, B, C, D to 125th Street at St. Nicholas.

Cost: FREE!!!!

 

A free, fun summer class with dancer and choreographer Erick Montes. Erick will teach posture-consciousness and efficient ways to manipulate our bodies to move through space to enjoy and maintain a peaceful state of mind and a shared space in a social environment.

 

Wear comfortable clothes. Water will be provided.

This would be great! Do you know if they will do some things outside of work hours???

I don't know. :( I just saw it online and thought it looked interested. I also work and couldn't make it there myself. Maybe there will be another class outside of work hours in the future. I hope so anyway!
