Through May the Nourishing Kitchen of NYC will be offering free yoga classes in the Target East Harlem garden on 117th between Pleasant and 1st ave (415 E 117th).  All classes are extremely beginning level, so no worries if you're out of shape!  Kids welcome!  Every Wednesday from 5pm-6pm, we even have mats you can borrow!
