Fit into the Summer--Group Exercise Class

AEROBICS/FAT BURNER CLASSES for EVERYONE

Come and have fun!

 

 

 

 

Regular Physical Activity:

  • Helps you to improve strength, build lean muscle, decrease body fat and can build stronger bones to last a lifetime.
  • Is a key component of any weight-loss or weight-management effort.
  • Helps lower blood pressure.
  • Improves mood, helps relieve depression, and increases feelings of well-being.

Weekly Group Exercise Class starting on June 8th, 2009

Time: 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Location: Goddard Riverside Community Center
140 West 140th Street, NY, NY 10030

Ask security guard for exercise class when arrive at center. Bring an ID to get in the first time.

Participant’s fee:
One class per week: $20/month
Two classes per week: $30/month
Walk-ins per class: $5

First class is FREE!

Pay for 3 months, get $ 5 off! – If you bring a friend, you get a class free!
