Deacon Ken Radcliffe is currently enjoying his 32nd year as an ordained Permanent Deacon of the Catholic Archdiocese of New York. He is assigned to the Chapel of the Resurrection in Harlem where he has served for 25 years. In addition he has been employed by the New York City Department of Correction as a Chaplain for the past 20 years. His training and experiences includes working with men and women on parole after serving 5 to as many as 25 years or more in prison. Out of his prison work, Deacon Radcliffe founded the ISIAIAH Project and the Criminal "Just Us" Committee as part of an initiative of 7 Churches of the Harlem Catholic Vicariate calling for repeal of the Rockefeller Drug Laws.

Ken will share from "The Deacon's Report: The Crisis of the Poor in Black Urban America and the Challenge for a Church in Crisis to Face It!"
