Join The Nourishing Kitchen of New York City every Wednesday from 5pm-6pm for a free yoga class!  The class is beginning level and open to all ages.  We even have mats you can borrow!  

All classes are held in the Target East Harlem garden on 117th st between 1st Ave and Pleasant, just look for the giant red decorations!
