The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and New York City Department of Design and Construction invite you to attend a FREE hands-on workshop where families will learn how the design of our neighborhoods, streets and buildings can be used to encourage active, healthy lifestyles.

An upcoming Art exhibtion at the Taller Boricua / The Puerto Rican Workshop will feature an art installation by Christina Massey titled "Meat Market."

The mission of "Cutting For A Cure" is to raise awareness and educate urban communities about the various forms of cancer by providing free exams for breast cancer, colon & prostate cancer, as well as conducting workshops on health and wellness.
