Join the Nourishing Kitchen of NYC for a free healthy eating class!  Learn the basics of nutrition and how you can eat healthy on a budget, right here in East Harlem!  This class will be offered in both English and Spanish.  All Classes are offered at 281 Pleasant Ave (at 115th st).
