Blog entry posted by AfricanDanceSchedule 2 weeks ago

Should I put the African dance blog under Fitness or Spirit & Mind? That was the question. African dance does have healing effects. March In March - 3K Walk/Run to raise money for colon cancer awareness and prevention

Article posted by March In March 4 weeks ago

March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month!

We at The City College of New York want to inform the Harlem Community about the seriousness of colon cancer, but more importantly, how to prevent the malady by undergoing a colonic screening at the appropriate age with a board certified gastroenterologist. March In March (MiM) is a 3K race/walk in and around both The City College of New York and the immediate Harlem community. Monies raised from March In March (MiM) are directed to the American Cancer Society for colon cancer prevention and awareness.
