How to pick out Vegetables in the Supermarket
I went to the supermarket yesterday because I decided that I didn't want to order out and I wanted to cook a healthy meal. I know how to cook meat, vegetables, rice, etc. But, the problem isn't cooking the food but picking out the food to cook. I never know if the meat that I picked has too much fat or is too red or if the fruit that I picked was too soft or too hard.

I was just watching the Rachael Ray show and they had someone (Liz Vaccariello) on there that showed you how to make healthy choices when eating at a vending machine. Surprisingly, if you want chips Veggie chips can be just as bad as regular chips - so can baked chips! Apparently Soy Crisps are much healthier.
