I am 95  years old and stretching and toning my muscles daily has transformed my flexibility and strengthened my muscles.  Moreover, my balance has improved dramatically.  In addition my upper arms, shoulders, neck, lower back are stronger and my improved blood circulation is strengthening my bones as well.  Join me and transform your life as well.

wow this is very inspiring - that you are fit and active and even blogging about it at this age!
I pray daily that I may be as active as you are if I am blessed to live as long as you have. I will start stretching today!
What kind of stretching do you do? Do you have any examples so we can follow your good example?
This is so impressive! My grandfather was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and the doctors told him that all of his daily stretching and exercises helped stop the disease from getting worse. We are so grateful that he was able to stick to his daily routine and maintain his good health. :) I can only hope to be as active and motivated as you both are when I'm in my 90s!
