Note to self...take more snacks

So I did the air-popped popcorn and was very hungry by the end of the day. So hungry I actually decided not to go to the gym because I would probably faint. Good to know, right?

Since then, I've added an additional sandwich or almonds, a bottle of Ensure or fruit. (They had a good sale on oranges at my supermarket this week).

 I guess this is going to be an ongoing learning process. If anyone has had similar experiences and found ways to get over those problems, let me know.
