I went to the supermarket yesterday because I decided that I didn't want to order out and I wanted to cook a healthy meal. I know how to cook meat, vegetables, rice, etc. But, the problem isn't cooking the food but picking out the food to cook. I never know if the meat that I picked has too much fat or is too red or if the fruit that I picked was too soft or too hard. Does anyone know if there's some sort of guide on how to pick food at the supermarket? Help!
