HTW #26: Just dance!

Dancing is exercise! Dance to some of your favorite music. Start with a few minutes and work up to 30 minutes a day.


Well exercising with music makes your stamina last for long it relaxed the mind and make your body work.

I love to dance! I've got one of those Just Dance videogames that I try to do every couple days. It's a good way to exercise and stay healthy. It doesn't feel like a workout either!

let's burn some calories through dancing! love it!
