HTW #54: Fish can save your heart! - The American Heart Association recommends that people eat fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids, the unsaturated fats in fish, at least twice a week because it will reduce the risk of having heart disease, damaged blood cells and a heart attack. Fatty fish such as salmon, herring and to a lesser extent tuna, contain the most omega-3 fatty acids and therefore are the most beneficial. Not only are they tasty but they are extra healthy!
