I watched this film via Netflix streaming and thought it was so interesting. The tagline - "You are what you eat" - pretty much captures the message of the film, which emphasizes the importance what we put into our bodies. The trailer can seem a little threatening, but I thought the film itself provoked a great debate into the benefits of food vs. medications, and what we can really do to stay maximally healthy. It's definitely controversial ... and so I recommend it! See what you think of it.
